New Marlborough Poké Restaurant Is Hiring

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A new restaurant coming to the Apex Center-area in Marlborough is hiring for a number of positions.

Atlantic Poké is planning to open a new restaurant at 237 Boston Post Road West, the site of a former Subway sandwich shop. Chef Michael Tomaiolo opened his first Atlantic Poké spot in the summer of 2018 at the Lakeway Commons plaza along Route 9 in Shrewsbury.

The restaurant is hiring for servers and kitchen prep staff for both the Shrewsbury and Marlborough locations, according to the company's website.

Poké is traditionally a Hawaiian dish served with raw seafood. Atlantic Poké describes itself as a new take on that traditional version.

"We have expanded upon these traditional items and included many great flavors that we have grown to love at sushi and Asian restaurants," according to the restaurant. "The result is a fusion of flavor we call Atlantic Poké."
