New Marlborough Restaurant Hosting Job Fair

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A new burger restaurant set to open in the downtown Marlborough area in 2020 is hosting a job fair on Saturday for a range of positions. The Fix Burger Bar will open at 139 Lakeside Ave., and is owned by Worcester-based Niche Hospitality Group.

Niche Hospitality Group president Mike Covino announced today The Fix Burger Bar will be hosting a job fair on Dec. 7 at its second location, 139 Lakeside Ave., Marlborough. Job seekers can visit anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The new restaurant is looking for applicants to fill all positions including hostess, serving, bar tending, and kitchen. Applicants with and without restaurant experience are encouraged to apply.

The opening of the second Fix location is slated for early 2020.

“We’re extremely excited to be getting closer and closer to our opening in Marlborough,” said Covino. “Our first task is always to make sure we are staffed with the right people. This job fair will be a huge help as it allows applicants to come in and meet with staff in person and apply for a job. They can get a feel for what it will be like to work at the new location and who they will be working with. We encourage all who are interested in a job in the restaurant industry to come out Saturday and experience what being a part of Niche Hospitality Group means.”
