OBITUARY: Alice Cross, Worked for Many Years at Marlborough Courthouse
Alice Cross died at age 98.

Alice M. (Duverger) Cross,98, formerly of Marlborough died Sunday June 21, 2015 at Beaumont of Westborough. She was the wife of the late Ronald L. Cross who died in 2006. She was born, raised and educated in Brockton, the daughter of Louis and Emma (Balcom) Duverger and was a 1935 graduate of Brockton High School. She moved to Marlborough in 1945 and worked for many years at the Marlborough Courthouse, she also worked at Frye Boot and Dennison Manufacturing both for many years.
She was a lifelong member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and a senior Regent. She loved dining out, crosswords and BINGO. She leaves her son Gerald L. Cross of Oak Ridge, NJ; four grandchildren, Chris, Jeremy, Devon and Simon Peter Cross, who went home to be with the Lord last year; and three great grandchildren, Logan, Ethan and Jensen.

Funeral services and burial at Evergreen Cemetery will be private. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
