OUI Charge For Marlborough Man: Grand Jury Indictments
One Marlborough-related grand jury indictment was handed down in the latest released by the Middlesex DA.
MARLBOROUGH, MA—Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday the grand jury indictments handed down between Aug. 14 to Sept. 20.
One Marlborough case was included:
David Feeley, 66, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, subsequent offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
