On the Table With Allora Ristorante's Exec Chef
Executive Chef Tony Lucci talks about his restaurant, making cassoulet listening to The Dead.

Starting out in the restaurant business at age 16, Tony Lucci got his cooking experience in establishments from Boston and the Cape, and down in Boca, Tampa and Key West. Graduating from Johnson and Whales University with a degree in culinary arts, he says his passion for food began in his personal discovery of French and Italian cuisines.
Lucci has now been the executive chef and leading the culinary team at Allora Ristorane since early spring of 2015.
Allora opened in June of 2007 by Joe Ferro and Laura Palmer and is located across from Lake Williams at 139 Lakeside Ave.
