Time to Read to a Dog
The Read to a Dog program is returning to the Marlborough Public Library.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—Research shows that kids, especially those who struggle with reading, find it easier to read to an animal. Read to the dogs programs have become popular across the country, and are often offered at local libraries.
On Saturday, Oct. 1, Odie the certified therapy dog who loves to hear stories will be at the Marlborough library from 1-2 p.m. with his handler Rachel.
Practice your reading, build your confidence, and make a new furry friend. This program is designed for children from K to 2nd grade.
