Best of Patch Readers' Choice: Best Place to do Your Taxes (at the last minute)

Some of us are really good about our taxes. As soon as the W-2s arrive in the mail in mid-January, we’re off to the accountant or logging into Turbo Tax and filing away.

However, some of us have a much more complex set of deductions – especially those who work for themselves, own their own businesses or are independent contractors.

Now this may not be as exciting a contest as, say, your favorite pancake place, but those who love their accountant, LOVE their accountant. And for those who maybe haven’t found that perfect person to tie up all the loose ends and make sure they’re getting back every penny they can (or not paying every penny they’ve got) an accountant who comes well recommended, might be exactly what they’re looking for at this time of year.
