Edgartown police said they have seen an increase in speeding, cell phone violations during the coronavirus health emergency.

Edgrtown police said during the pandemic they have seen an increase in speeding and violations of the new hand-free cell phone law in the state. They remind residents these offenses will still be enforced — phone down, slow down on the island.
