With the kids home from school all week, we thought you might need some ideas on what to do around the Island today. If you know of any other great kid-friendly activities happening today, please add them to the comments.
Native Earth Teaching FarmÂ

Winter Break Camp

Tween Time
There is Tween Time today with Wii games for ages 8 to 11 at the . 3 pm - 5 pm.
Activities at the Chilmark Public Library
There are activities for kids age 5 - 10 at the this afternoon. Read and do book related arts and crafts with Irene. 3 pm. For more information, call 508-645-3360
Public Skating
There is public skating today at the in Oak Bluffs. Rental skates and helmets are available at the Pro Shop. $5; $2 ages 5 and under; $15 families. 11 am –12:50 pm. For more information, call 508-693-5329; mvarena.com.
Mansion House Pool and Health Club
The pool and health club is open from 6 am – 9 pm every day. Winter rates still apply $12 for adults and $11 for kids and seniors. For more information, call 1 508.693.2200
The Martha’s Vineyard Museum
The is open from 10 am – 4 pm every day. Current exhibits include: We Are Marching Along: Martha’s Vineyard and the Civil War; Eisenstaedt and Us and Out of the Depths: Martha’s Vineyard Shipwrecks.
