3. Culinary Arts, Island Grown Schools and island farmer and chef Chris Fischer are collaborating to host a to fundraise for the upcoming garden at the high school. Students leading the garden initiative will present their plans for this inspiring addition to the school, which will transform an unused courtyard into an abundant and productive garden space. All proceeds go towards soil, seeds, and tools for the garden. $25 for adults, children 12 and under $12. Tickets available in the work-study office of the high school, across from the Culinary Arts dining room. 6pm. For more information, contact Kaila@islandgrown.org

4. There is a tonight at the in Vineyard Haven. Come hear the candidates for office in Tisbury. There is one contested election for selectman: Jonathan Snyder vs. Tom Pachico. But you can also hear from uncontested candidates about their goals for the next term. This event is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Martha's Vineyard. 7 pm

5. It’s Flea Pit Film Nite at the. Enjoy a few groovy 70’s themed roller-skating music videos followed by tonight’s feature film: “Roller Boogie.” Doors open at 7:30 pm.
