2. in Chilmark is open for exploration on Wednesday mornings. Visit animals, community gardens, rare poultry, and permaculture plantings. Farm activities available on request. 3. Culinary Arts, Island Grown Schools and island farmer and chef Chris Fischer are collaborating to host a to fundraise for the upcoming garden at the high school. Students leading the garden initiative will present their plans for this inspiring addition to the school, which will transform an unused courtyard into an abundant and productive garden space. All proceeds go towards soil, seeds, and tools for the garden. $25 for adults, children 12 and under $12. 4. There is a tonight at the in Vineyard Haven. Come hear the candidates for office in Tisbury. There is one contested election for selectman: Jonathan Snyder vs. Tom Pachico. But you can also hear from uncontested candidates about their goals for the next term. This event is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Martha's Vineyard. 7 pm
