Five Things You Need to Know Today: February 20

Today is President's Day, Little Farmers meet at the Farm Institute and there's a community supper in Edgartown

1. Today is a national holiday. That means that all banks, government offices, schools, libraries and post offices will be closed.

2. The YMCA will have Presidents' Day Full Day Child Care today for kids in grades K-6. 8 am – 5 pm. For more information, call 508-696 7171 x105

3. Little Farmers meet today at the FARM Institute. Through March 12th, kids age 5-7 can have fun on the farm collecting eggs, visiting sheep and making a healthy snack. $15 per session. 3:30 pm – 5 pm. For more information, or to register, call 508-627-7007, ext. 103.

4. There is a Community Supper in Edgartown today and every Monday in the Baylies Room of the Old Whaling Church. Free. All are welcome. 5 pm.

5. There is Karaoke tonight at Seasons Restaurant & Pub with Johnny Showtime in Oak Bluffs. 10 pm–1 am. For more information, call 508-693-7129.
