Enjoy FARM Institute pork and Morning Glory Farm beef creatively turned into a delicious dinner by Beetlebung farm's Chris Fischer next to the wood stove in the Morning Glory Farm Stand. Following dinner there will be a screening of the new film American Meat: a non-finger pointing, eye-opening look at meat in America. Cupcakes will be provided by Elizabeth Patterson and hot drinks by Chilmark Coffee Co. $5 per person or $10 per family for the movie; food purchased separately. SING YOUR SONG is an up close look at Harry Belafonte - a patriot to the last and a champion for worldwide human rights. Told from Belafonte’s point of view, the film charts his life from a boy born in New York and raised in Jamaica, his return to discover the American Negro Theater and the magic of performing. The film presents a look at the Civil Rights Movement through the eyes of an insider, someone who despite his high profile wasn’t afraid to spend time in the trenches. Sing Your Song takes us on a journey through Harry Belafonte’s life, work and most of all, his conscience, as it inspires us all to action. $10 general admission, $7 for members. 7:30 pm.
