Five Things You Need to Know Today: November 3

1. There is a Winter Farmers' Market at the Agricultural Hall in West Tisbury today featuring over 25 vendors will be selling locally grown and made winter farm goods. Also on hand will be live music, a warm fire and lunch. Agricultural Hall, West Tisbury. 10 am–1 pm.

2. Today Saturday Squirrels for Boys and Girls meet at Sassafras Earth Education in Aquinnah. Play scouting games, learn survival skills and enjoy nature. For children ages 6 to 13. 10 am – 4 pm. For more information, call 508-645-2008.

3. The Oak Bluffs Public Library is hosting International Games Day today for ages 6 and up. There will be Wii games, chess, and board games.  11 am -1 pm

4. Today is the Democrats Day Of Action at the Five Corners. Democrats can are encouraged to bring signs to show support for their candidates and issues. 11 am  - 1 pm.

5. Tonight is the 19^th annual Barn Raiser's Ball at the Agricultural Hall in West Tisbury. Come rock out to music by Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish and celebrate the community raising of the hall. Beverages will be provided. Free. Bring dessert to share. 7:30 pm - 10 pm.
