Funeral Announcement: Scott A. Francis, 48, of Edgartown
A memorial service for Scott Francis is set for Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. at Chapman, Cole & Gleason in Oak Bluffs, followed by interment at Oak Grove Cemetery in Vineyard Haven and a pot luck reception at the Portuguese American Club.
