Formerly listed at $3,250,000, this Chilmark home has had its price dropped to $2,650,000, according to Zillow.

The home at 127 State Road is described in the online listing:

  • "A spectacular setting on Quitsa Pond with views both west across Quitsa and south across Stonewall Pond.
  • An older, single story house offers a great floor plan and space and is situated on the lot to take full advantage of the attributes of the waterfront.
