HS Boys Tennis and U-15 Soccer Take Home State Championships

On Sunday, the MV United Under-15 boys travel soccer team brought home the state championship title making them the second Island team in less than two weeks to bring home a state championship, according to the Martha’s Vineyard Times.

In the final match of the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions (MTOC) in Lancaster on Sunday, the U-15s sealed it with a 2-1 victory over the Dorchester Lions.

The boys’ tennis team became state champions on June 14^th, finishing their 23-0 year with a win over Nashoba Regional Chieftains of Bolton in the MIAA Division 3 state final.
