Martha's Vineyard Now Vaccinating Residents Age 65 And Older
Vaccine registration for residents age 65 and older and those with two or more chronic health conditions opened Saturday.
MARTHA'S VINEYARD, MA — Martha's Vineyard residents age 65 and older and those age 18 and older with two or more chronic health conditions are now able to register for COVID-19 vaccine appointments through the Martha's Vineyard Hospital website.
Although appointments for this week were fully booked almost immediately after registration opened Saturday morning, the hospital said limited vaccine appointments may become available throughout the week and eligible individuals will be able to book appointments for next week starting Saturday, Feb. 27.
Those who have appointments are asked to comply with the following safety guidelines before and during their vaccinations:

- Be on time for your appointment as there is limited space at the hospital
- Wear the approved hospital mask provided to you
- Answer screening questions upon arrival
- Sanitize your hands after arriving
As of Friday, Martha's Vineyard Hospital has administered 2,777 first dose vaccinations and 1,021 second dose vaccinations, including those who were eligible during Phase One and residents age 75 and older.
