MARTHA'S VINEYARD, MA — Randall Jette, the pride of Martha's Vineyard, earned a shot at playing in the NFL.
Jette, a defensive back who played at UMass—signed a free agent deal with the Green Bay Packers. Jette graduated this year but was not selected in last week's draft.

He attended Martha's Vineyard Regional High School and starred on the football team. At UMass, he had nine interceptions and over 200 tackles in his career.
