Twelve homes with price tags of at least $5 million hit the market in the last week, including three going for more than $10 million. The crown jewel is a $35 million waterfront estate in — where else? — Nantucket. It sits on "4.25 acres of picturesque, private acres with stunning views of Nantucket Sound," according to realtor.com. Check it out below, along with the other big-money listings.

The property is the third-most expensive home listing in Massachusetts, behind a $45 million grand penthouse in Boston's Millenium Tower and the $38 million one-time Brookline home of Reebok founder Paul Fireman.
