Photo Gallery: Here Comes the Martha's Vineyard Film Festival!

The 12th annual Martha’s Vineyard Film Festival starts on Friday at 6pm and runs all the way until late on Sunday night.

Every year in the middle of March at the , couches are brought out of storage, the bathrooms become art installations and the kitchen is primed and ready to go. This humble old building in the center of Chilmark is transformed into one of the most exciting places imaginable - alive with music, art, conversation and non-stop films - each with their own story to tell.

Add to that yummy, locally grown and prepared food from Chris Fischer of Beetlebung Farm and Amy Miller of Chilmark Cottage Baker. There will be coffee made by Todd Christy of the Chilmark Coffee Company and sinful delicacies from Bennett Coffey and Ky Keenan of Not Your Sugar Mamas. All in all, it is a not to be missed event.

We will be keeping close tabs on all the goings on throughout the weekend, posting pictures, information and viewer reviews. So if for some sad reason you can’t make it, please check back often to take part in all the fun.
