MARTHA’S VINEYARD, MA — Power was restored to nearly all of Martha’s Vineyard after Winter Storm Jonas raked a blizzard over the island Saturday.

The storm, which dumped 15 inches of snow and churned up 65 mph winds, knocked out power to over 2,000 Saturday.

The snow will start disappearing quickly—Monday and Tuesday will be sunny, and Tuesday’s high will hit 50 degrees.
Winter Storm Jonas caused devastation in the mid-Atlantic, where 2 feet or more of snow fell. Twenty-nine people died from the storm, officials said.
