Sold in Aquinnah: Hilltop Home, $1.55 Million
A Milton, Mass. couple purchased 9 Clay Pit Rd. in the Lobsterville area of Aquinnah for $1,550,000. The property last sold in 2002 for $1,800,000.
A contemporary home with expansive Aquinnah views changed hands July 17, according to Dukes County land records.
Karen Duffy sold the property at 9 Clay Pit Rd., near the Lobsterville beach, to Ronald and Nancy Slate of Milton, Mass. for $1,550,000. The Slates also paid $31,000 to the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank.
According to Zillow, the 3,000-square-foot home built in 1996 has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms on a 156,816-square-foot lot.
Duffy purchased 9 Clay Pit Rd. in 2002 for $1,800,000, paying $36,000 to the Land Bank, according to the deed filed with Dukes County.
