Sold in Chilmark: 1 Bed, 1 Bath, $1.3 Million
The land's the thing, of course: Nearly nine acres off North Road in rural up-Island Martha's Vineyard.
A Florida man last month spent $1.3 million on a two-story home in Chilmark with one bedroom and one bathroom in less than 1,000 square feet of living space built in 1997.
The house at 129 Old Farm Road may not be large, but the lot is 8.79 acres, according to the Trulia real estate website.
The property is located southeast of North Road at Mill Brook Lane.
