A three-bedroom house with two baths on almost a half-acre of land near Lambert's Cove has changed hands for $465,000.
According to Dukes County land records, Janet A. Constantino of East Haven, CT purchased the home at 74 David Ave. from Erick K. Pearson Aug. 1.
The deed includes access to private Helen Avenue, which connects to Lambert's Cove Road.
Constantino also paid a $9,300 transaction fee to the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank.
According to Zillow, the house was built in 1997 on a lot purchased that year for $40,000.
