Super Bowl: 'Brady' Born In 3rd Quarter At Falmouth Hospital

Brady James Gaffney made it just in time to see his namesake's historic comeback win in Super Bowl LI.

FALMOUTH, MA — A baby born at a Cape Cod hospital Super Bowl Sunday made it out just in time for his namesake's historic comeback. The baby — aptly named Brady — was born in the third quarter of the big game as Tom Brady and the New England Patriots started their historic comeback over the Atlanta Falcons.

Brady James Gaffney was delivered just before 9 p.m. at Falmouth Hospital.

"Right after he was born, they came back," mother Colleen Gaffney told the Cape Cod Times.
