An Educational Forum: Faces, Facts and Future to be held at the Martha's Vineyard Hebrew Center this Sunday

On Sunday, January 15th there will be an educational forum for those interested in the Occupy movement to be held at the at 130 Center Street in Vineyard Haven. All in the Vineyard community are invited to come with questions, ideas and opinions to share with others.

This forum, “Understanding the Occupy Movement: Faces Facts and Future,” will feature a discussion-oriented program from 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm, followed by a Community Supper at 5 pm open to all.  Everyone is invited to come for part or all of the program or the dinner.  The group will present a series of short video clips intended to introduce topics for discussion, which will follow in small informal groups seated together at round tables.

“Understanding the Occupy Movement” is the first in a series of forums to be conducted  this winter at different venues. Occupy Together Martha’s Vineyard will present these forums in order to provide information, engage with the community and gather feedback.
