Proceeds from the Vineyard Charity Golf Classic will benefit MVCS and a variety of non-profits on Martha’s Vineyard supported by the Rotary. The tournament, hosted by the Rotary for ten years, has raised more than $100,000 for Island charities and scholarships for youth.

The tournament will help MVCS fund its wide range of programs that serve more than 6,000 residents each year. Programs include early children programs, assistance for the disabled, counseling for mental health and addiction recovery, assistance for victims of domestic violence, and the Island Wide Youth Collaborative, in which MVCS and other organizations provide a continuum of mental health and addiction treatment for adolescents. MVCS also operates the Thrift Shop in Vineyard Haven.
