Forty Fifth Week, Friday's "Medfield Historical Minute"
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis.

A Medfield Historical Minute...
This "Medfield Historical Minute" is brought to you by town historian Richard DeSorgher.
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis.
"Stephen Tilden was born in Stoughton in 1762 and married Hannah Perry before moving to Medfield. In 1810 they bought the house on South Street near Noon Hill Road. Stephen died in 1828, with his widow Hannah marrying Amos Kingsbury. Stephen and Hannah’s grandson was William Tilden, the noted town historian who wrote the History of Medfield 1650-1886."
