A Medfield Historical Minute...

This "Medfield Historical Minute" is brought to you by town historian Richard DeSorgher.
A little something to read and learn to give you a little break during this time of boredom during isolation due to the Coronavirus Crisis. A different "Medfield Historical Minute" will appear each day during the Crisis.

"In December 1974 the Medfield High School basketball team presented a town key and a Paul Revere bowl to officials of the island of Maui in Hawaii where they had traveled to participate in three tournament basketball games. Medfield won all three games. Selectmen and school officials received very complimentary letters from Maui officials concerning the excellent performance, behavior and conduct of the Medfield players."
