Free program on building resiliency on Feb. 2
Public welcome to join the Hannah Adams Woman's Club for this informative program on mental agility and wellness (rsvp required)

The next general (virtual) meeting of the Hannah Adams Woman's Club will be on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 10:00 a.m. The public is welcome to join guest speaker Susan Weinstein, Co-Executive Director of FamilyAware.org, as she speaks about being resilient and mentally well during a pandemic, balancing everything from feeling alone to overwhelmed, living alone with no break to living with a houseful with no break, dealing with isolation and chaos, surviving unexpected loss, etc. - the resiliency skills are often the same.
Resiliency is “the capacity to recover from, or adjust easily to, misfortune or change." Skills needed are self-awareness, self-regulation, mental agility, optimism and connection. Join the HAWC program to learn more. To attend via Zoom, please contact hannahadamswc@gmail.com by Feb. 1 at 5 p.m. for access information.
The Hannah Adams Woman's Club is the longest continuously-running women's group in America. It was established in 1894 in memory of Medfield resident Hannah Adams (1755-1831, the first female professional writer) who ran a similar group during her lifetime. The HAWC is committed to supporting women and the community, including the annual Hannah Adams Scholarship. For more information about the club and its activities, contact hannahadamswc@gmail.com
