The Lions Club “Coins for Change” MLERF Collection Box has been moved to Starbucks on the corner of Main and North Streets in Medfield!
Please look for the blue MLERF collection container, generously created and donated by Medfield resident Paul McNeil, prominently displayed inside Starbucks.

MLERF STORY - In 1951, the LIONS of Massachusetts became aware that each year, 2,500 premature babies were losing their sight at birth from so-called ‘baby blindness’.
Each year Massachusetts Lions Clubs bring in about a million dollars, and in turn, Massachusetts Lions Eye Research Fund gives out about a million dollars to the following institutions: BU School of Medicine; Joslin Diabetes Center; Mass Eye and Ear Institute; Schepens Eye Research Institute; New England Eye Center at Tufts School of Medicine; Childrens Hospital; and University of Massachusetts Medical School.
