'Lucas Is James's Mini-Me': Father's Day Photos

MEDFIELD, MA—Whether it's through his or her personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, a son or daughter often takes on the qualities of the dad who raised them. With Father's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Massachusetts to share their "father-son" or "father-daughter" lookalike photos.

It doesn't matter how old the kids are; they'll always be a chip off the old block.

This photo, submitted by Blake Finchen features husband James and their son, Lucas. The Finchens also have a daughter named Ava. The photo was taken while enjoying dinner at the Nosh and Grog in Medfield in May. The family lives in Medfield.

Everyone says that Lucas is James' mini-me -- they look so much alike! Lucas is looking forward to celebrating Father's Day with our family in Medfield. He has been working hard on a secret gift at his school. Blake Finchen
