Medfield Animal Shelter Receives Donations to Help Homeless Pets
Canine Company delivered a van-load of supplies to the shelter after a successful "Fill our Fleet" collection day at Brothers Marketplace

Medfield, MA – Pet lovers came out in force last Saturday to help The Medfield Animal Shelter by donating a van-full of pet food and supplies during an event sponsored by Canine Company at Brothers Marketplace in Medfield.
The collection netted more than 250 cans and bags of food and treats, more than a dozen bags of cat litter, plus dozens of bottles of bleach and detergent, crates of paper towels and garbage bags. In addition, there were cash donations for the Shelter, and large plastic bags filled with towels and sheets collected by students from St. Catherine's of Siena school in Norwood over the proceeding week.
The Medfield Animal Shelter is a no-kill shelter that rescues and rehomes more than 500 cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits and other household pets each year. The not-for-profit organization is volunteer-led and relies on donations from the community to continue its work of saving pets.
