Medfield Schools Going Remote As Snowstorm Continues Tuesday

The snow disrupted travel, school plans and vaccination efforts across the state Monday.

MEDFIELD, MA — A winter storm rolled into Massachusetts around midday Monday and is expected to last until Tuesday afternoon.

Snow picked up in Medfield around 2 p.m. Monday and the city could get as much as ten inches of heavy snow when it's all said and done early Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.

The school district will have a remote-only day Tuesday. Superintendent Jeffrey Marsden said high school seniors are excused from the remote day.

Parking ban

No changes to street parking have been made as of noon, Monday.

School
