Fieri will choose his favorite dish at the end of the show and donate to Restaurant Relief America in the winning chef's name. Restaurant Relief America helps restaurant industry employees who are out of work amid the new coronavirus pandemic. Hajj told Dirty Water Media he will also donate to the charity, and all sales of his kofta kebab gyro this weekend will be donated to the relief effort.

"It was very different than our typical show, but still very fun," Hajj told Dirty Water Media. "I'm in Mike’s City Diner and looking out the windows at Washington Street. There’s nobody on the street, no cars driving by. It’s just how the times are. But we made the most of it for a good cause."
