Medfield Council On Aging Offering Help With Vaccine Appointments
If you need help scheduling a COVID-19 vaccine appointment, give the Medfield Council on Aging a call.
MEDFIELD, MA — The Medfield Council on Aging announced it's available to help seniors eligible for COVID-19 vaccines under Phase 2.
Appointments opened statewide last week for residents over 75 to get vaccinated, but seniors have struggled to find appointments due to lack of doses or struggling to navigate the state's website In some cases, residents have waited hours and later found out all the slots were filled.
Gov. Charlie Baker admitted Wednesday the state's vaccine rollout has been disappointing.

"I'm not happy with where we are. I know a lot of other people aren't either," Gov. Charlie Baker said Wednesday after touring Fenway Park, one of the state's mass vaccination sites. "We have work to do, and we know that."
