10:41am - Phone - Fraud/Identity theft - Kingsbury Drive - caller reports attempted unemployment fraud.

11:02am - Walk -in Assist a Citizen - Public Safety Bldg - Subject into the station to speak to an officer. Det. Manganello notified.

1:05pm - Phone - Animal issue - Orchard St - caller reports a loose mini collie. Was just at the above location. ACO notified.

1:32pm - Phone - Vehicle Accident - Hartford St / Main St - caller reports she was involved in a MVC at this location. She is home now and will be enroute to speak to an officer. She has the other subject's information.

3:32pm - Phone - Assist Motorist - Main St - caller reports she locked her keys in her car at this location. Car 335 notified. Car 335 is clear, car opened.

8:56pm - Phone - Spruce Way - subject into the station to report last couple of nights kids pull up to his house and flash their headlights on his house, then take off. One car was a blue Jeep, no plate. The other night there was an older maybe Nissan Altima, faded paint, faded headlights. Officer Sallale will be speaking with him. Car 332 is clear, caller would like extra checks on the area.

1:20pm - Phone - Traffic/Motor Vehicle - High St / Soutoh St - caller reports concrete spill at this intersection. 334 notified and responding.

5:04pm - Phone - Suspicious Vehicle - Gristmill - Spring St - caller reports vehicle has been parked here for awhile and nobody around. Owner called and she is home now, she was owl watching.

5:04pm - Phone - Traffic/Motor Vehicle - Wood End Lane - caller reports a black Lexus speeding around the above area. No plate given or makings on the car. Car 332 notified. Car 332 is clear, GOA.

7:27am - Phone - Animal Issue - Hospital Rd - caller reports loose brown dog running around the tracks limping. ACO notified.

9:07am - Phone - Suspicious Activity - Main St - caller reports suitcase unattended on a bench. 332, FD notified and responding. C1 reports empty container, all units will be clear.

11:05am - Phone - Suspicious Activity - Jade Walk - caller reports UPS truck transferring packages into a red sedan in front of this address. 331 notified and responding.

8:26pm - Phone - Fire Call - Hillside Village - North Meadows Rd - Alarm company reports the fire alarm at this address. Box 421 struck. FD notified, Car 335 notified. At 8:30pm caller reports smoke was from cooking on the second floor. Car 3 reports smoke cleared out.

8:11am - Phone - Animal Issues - Hickory Drive - caller reports dog in a car with windows down and frosted over. ACO notified.

10:04am - Phone - Fraud/Identity theft - Main St - caller reports customer was a victim of gift card fraud. 334 notified and responding.

7:16pm - Phone - Disturbance / Noise complaint - North Meadows Rd / Dale St - caller reports work is still going on at the construction site. Car 335 notified. Car 335 is clear, workers will stop for the night.

12:36am - 911 Misdialed/abandoned - Causeway St - E911 call came into the station. Spoke to the caller and he told his address and then hung up. No answer on call back. 338 notified, 338 reports accidental call.

11:56am - Phone - Main St - caller reports she locked her keys in her car. Access gained.

3:17pm - Phone - Missing Property - Medfield State Hospital - caller reports he lost his wallet at the State Hospital, if found, please call.

4:11pm - Walk in - Assist Citizen - Walk in party found a bone at the State Hospital. It is a deer bone. Clear.

6:12pm - 911 Burglary - South St - caller reports someone broke into her house. Officer notified.

12:52pm - Phone - Traffic/Motor Vehicle - North Meadows Rd - caller reports a mattress in roadway on Rt 27 between Transfer station and center of town. HWY notified.

2:19pm - Phone - Fire Call - Elm St - Smoke detector activation, no smoke, no fire. Car 3 reports he is clear, faulty detector.

9:27am - Phone - Burglar Alarm - Pine St - Alarm Company reports residential burglar alarm. Entry/Exit motion, living room motion. 335, 334 notified and responding. 335 reports alarm company called back to report proper pass code given by homeowner.
