3:12pm - Phone - Assist Motorist - caller reports motor vehicle lockout. 335 notified and responding. 335 reports access gained.

3:14pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Kingsbury Pond - caller reports 3 youths on the ice. Concerned for their well-being. Advised it is skate at your own risk. 332 notified and responding to advise.

3:56pm - Walk-in - Fraud/Identity - Whichita Road - party into the station to report unemployment fraud. Party also reports credit card fraud, 332 notified and responding.

10:41am - 911 Misdialed/Abandoned - Medfield High School - Misdialed E911, Medfield Outreach. Spoke to caller, no issue, 334 notified.

10:58am - 911 Misdialed/Abandoned - Abandoned E911. Spoke to caller, accidental by runner. No issue.

12:09pm - Phone - Animal Issues - South St / Loeffler Lane - calling party reports he came across a black lab roaming the street. ACO was notified and enroute.

1:44pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Spring St - caller reports kids on the ice on Kingsbury Pond, 335 responding. 335 in the area. 335 spoke with those individuals. Clear.

5:29pm - Phone - Miller St / Main St - caller reports disabled motor vehicle. Vehicle moved off the street, no hazard, owner waiting for AAA. Officer clear.

10:03am - Alarm - Fire Call - Medfield Public Library - Internal Fire Alarm going off, Medfield Library Box 1311 struck. C1 reports alarm set off by workers. C1 reports no problem found, all units clear.

2:11pm - Walk in - Larceny - Orchard St - resident in lobby to report a stolen piece of jewelry. Officer spoke with resident, report to follow.

8:25pm - Radio - Suspicious Vehicle - South St / Noon Hill Rd - Car 335 will be out at this location checking on a car. Car 335 is clear, subject was just confused.

9:19am - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Pleasant St - caller reports her dog was struck by a vehicle lats night. Officer investigated, report to follow.

3:32pm - Phone - Fire Call - Hammant Way - Alarm company reports the fire alarm at the above location, Fire notified. Alarm company reports to cancel they spoke to homeowner, accidental, Fire Dept notified. C1 is clear, accidental.

10:13pm - Radio - Suspicious Vehicle - Medfield High School - Car 335 reports will be out at this location with this vehicle.

7:59am - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Snyder Rd / Oxbow Rd - caller reports water drain bubbling in this area. Water Dept notified.

9:39am - Radio - Assist another agency - Milford St - Box 421 struck for station coverage for Medway Fire Station. E1 will be responding.

10:17am - Radio - Fire Call - North Meadows Rd - 801 reports fire alarm activation. Car 3 reports faulty detector, maintenance is on scene. All apparatus will be clear.

2:17pm - Radio - Vehicle Accident - Main St / South St - 334 will be out with a 2 car motor vehicle accident. 335 to back up.

3:41pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Kingsbury Pond / Spring St - caller reports kids out on the ice at above location. Ice may be not safe for them to be on it. Car 335 will check on this. 335 is clear, he spoke to these youths and the parents checked the ice and told them it seemed okay.

4:43pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Baxter Park / Spring St / Main St - caller reports an older male has fallen at this location. He is not hurt and no need for ambulance, just needs help getting up. Car 332 notified and will handle. Car 332 is clear, GOA.

9:36pm - Phone - Fire Call - Elm St - caller via 911 reports her gas fireplace is smoking and on fire. Box struck, car 334 notified. Unit 801 reports problem with the burner gas has been shut off. Car 801 reports all units clear at this time.

12:08am - Radio - Suspicious Vehicle - Main St - Car 339 will be out at the above location checking on a car. Car 339 would like A1 to respond. A1 notified. A1 is clear, no transport. Cars clear, driver checks out okay.

6:29am - Phone - Vehicle Accident - Main St / Bridge St - caller reports car vs. deer. 331 notified and responding. 331 requesting Assured Collision for one, Assured notified and responding. Assured has the vehicle and party was picked up by a friend. Officer will complete an accident report.

10:59am - Phone - Escort - Spring St - Escort for funeral to Vine Lake. 334 will be out for escort.

11:38am - 911 Misdialed/Abandoned - Main St - E911 caller reports he misdialed as his phone is in his pocket and he was splitting wood. Sherborn PD notified.

2:04pm - Phone - Fire Call - South St - caller reports slight odor of gas at the entryway of her home. A1 reports notified gas company re this slight odor, no reading. Gas company notified.

4:32pm - Phone - Fire Call - Kingsbury Pond - Spring St - Cell caller reports subject has fallen through the ice at this location. There are people trying to get him out. Box struck, cars notified. Car 335 reports subject is out of the water at this time. Subject is sitting in the cruiser. Fire Dept notified. Car 332 will be enroute to notify a parent. Car 332 is out, notified aunt. At this time Car 332 reports this subject's dad enroute to pick up his son. All units clear.

11:24pm - Phone - Civil Complaint - Anonymous caller reports group of teens breaking COVID-19 restrictions. 339 reports contact with homeowner. Homeowner will be arranging for rides for the involved individuals.

12:54pm - 911 Fire Call - E911 caller reports electrical fire with smoke in the residence on the third floor. Box 421 struck, all units notified and responding. Command reports burst water pipe, issue was isolated. All apparatus will be clear.

6:11pm - Phone - Fire Call - Baker Road - Safety signal called to report a basement alarm activation. 335 notified. Spoke to homeowner who states CO activation, not burglar alarm. Medfield FD notified. A1 enroute. A1 investigated. Clear.

9:46pm - Phone - Traffic/Motor Vehicle complaint - Transfer Station / North Meadows Rd - caller reports large object in roadway near Transfer Station. 335 notified. Couch cushions moved out of roadway. Clear.
