1:44am - Radio - MSH Buildings/Grounds check - Hospital Road - 339 reports a check of the State Hospital and the school buses.

12:47pm - Phone - Traffic /motor vehicle complaint - MSH, Hospital Rd - caller reports snowmobile on Hospital hill. 335 notified and responding. 335 reports involved party has been advised and will be leaving the property.

5:47pm - Phone - Animal issue - Frairy St - caller reports husky dog outside, tied up. Concerned for dog's well-being. ACO notified.

6:59pm - 911- Misdialed/Abandoned - Brastow Drive - Accidental 911 into the station, 335 notified and responding.

9:40pm - Phone - Wires/Trees - High St - caller reports wire was struck by a pl0w and now hanging low in their driveway. FD notified and responding.

10:10pm - Phone - Vehicle Accident - Spring St - caller reports car vs tree. Unknown PI, 335, A1 notified and responding. Car 3 reports no patient, apparatus will be clear.

10:16pm - Phone - Wires/Trees - Emerson Rd - caller reports wire across the roadway, 332 notified and responding. HWY notified to set up cones, communication wire, Verizon notified.

10:54pm - Phone - Vehicle Accident - Forest St - caller reports a vehicle into a tree, no one around. He said it looks like its been there a while. 335 reports no vehicle into a tree. Sherborn and Millis notified.

11:30pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Hearthstone Dr - caller reports she has no power. 335 notified and will check the area. 335 reports check the area, nothing found.

11:52pm - Phone - Wires/Trees - School St - caller reports a large branch in the road. HWY notified.

12:40am - Phone - Wires/Trees - South St - caller reports wire down on the road. Officer, C3 notified. 335 reports a Comcast wire, removed it from the road. Clear.

12:53am - Phone - Clark Rd - Deputy Fire Chief called to report on Clark Rd between pole 5-6 there is a branch on the wires. Eversource notified.

3:09am - Phone - Wires/Trees - Main St - caller reports wires down and on fire in the parking lot. Box 421 struck. Eversource notified, eta 1 hour.

7:14am - Phone - Wires/Trees - Main St - caller reports a wire down in her driveway. 332 reports a cable wire. Clear.

8:00am - Radio - Wires/Trees - Main St - C3 reports he is going down to check on a tree on power line. C3 reports a pine tree on the power line, Eversource notified. C3 reports a tree crew on scene. C3 requesting a cruiser to help take the tree down.

9:16am - Phone - Wires/Trees - Dale St - caller reports low hanging wire, C3 reports that came in last night. Clear.

9:47am - Phone - Wires/Trees - Charlesdale Rd - caller reports a long hanging wire from the pole to the house. 335 reports cable wire. Clear.

9:58am - Phone - Wires/Trees - Plain St - caller reports a tree on power lines. Eversource notified.

10:33am - Radio - Fire Call - Main St - Detail officer reports a pole on fire.

10:36am - Phone - Fire Call - Hospital Rd - caller reports a tree on fire. Box 421 struck.

12:07pm - Radio - Wires/Trees - Green St - C3 reports out in the area looking for a down wire, C3 reports a cable wire. Clear.

1:46pm - Phone - Wires/Trees - Lantern Lane - 801 reports pole #7 is leaning and wire are hanging low. Eversource notified.

3:31pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Pine St - caller reports children playing in snow bank by the street and is concerned for their safety. 332 checked the area. GOA.

6:39pm - 911 Fire Call - Haven Rd - caller reports their snowblower caught on fire but is out ow. Would like FD to check it out. A1 responding.

9:26am - Phone - Traffic/motor vehicle complaint - South St - caller reports possible disabled motor vehicle. Officer assisted, no hazard, Officer clear.

4:31pm - Phone - Vehicle Accident - Pound St / South St - caller reports a MVA, Officer notified.

Thursday, February 4, 2021

6:10am - Phone - Vehicle Accident - Clark Rd / South St - caller reports minor MVA, no injuries. Officer investigated, confirmed no injuries, no tow needed, report to follow.

9:49am - 911 Misdialed/Abandoned - Main St - 911 caller reports accidental dial. Confirmed accidental.

10:29am - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Main St - caller reports her phone was stolen this morning in Boston and she has made a report. She states her phone was pinged and it is showing at location. Units out to check location. United will be cleared, unable to locate phone.

12:42pm - Phone - Animal Issues - Adams St / West Mill St - caller states there is a sick raccoon in the roadway on Adams St by West Mill. ACO notified and responding.

1:15pm - Phone - Assist Motorist - Rocky Woods Reservation - Hartford St - caller reports she lost her keys on a path in the woods. 332 responding.

2:13pm - Phone - Wires/Trees - South St - caller reports wire down in the roadway. Deputy is on scene and reports it is a communication wire that is being removed from the roadway. Verizon notified and will send someone out.

3:29am - Phone - Burglar Alarm - Adams St - caller reports multiple alarms. Officer reports accidental alarm set off by employee, building checks OK.

8:16am - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Dover Farm Rd - caller reports two car break-ins last night. 335 notified and responding.

8:55am - Phone - Assist Motorist - Jade Walk - caller reports MV lockout with child inside. 334 notified and responding. 334 reports access gained.

9:45am - Phone - Animal issues - Causeway St - caller reports loose white dog in the area near bridge, ACO notified.

11:33am - Radio - Wires/Trees - Ledgetree Rd - 801 reports house service is down, pole #12. Eversource notified.

6:36pm - 911 Misdialed/Abandoned - E911 male caller states he dialed while phone was in his pocket. Officer 335 enroute. Confirmed accidental.

6:44pm - 911 - Vehicle Accident - Whichita Road - E911 caller reports a vehicle accident side mirror damage. No injuries, Officer 338 enroute. Paper exchange only.

10:45am - Phone - Animal issues - Minuteman Rd - caller reports coyote in back yard. ACO notified.

12:58pm - Phone - Animal issues - Pine St - caller reports seeing something with a long tail run under her dishwasher. ACO notified.

1:46pm - Walk in - missing property - 335 brought in an iPhone that was turned in. Unable to determine owner. Placed into Lost and Found.

5:03pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Laurel Drive - caller would like someone to assist them with a lockout. Access gained. Command terminated.

8:12pm - 911 Suspicious Activity - Snyder Rd - E911 caller reports youth possibly adults are outside talking and caller does not know why they are there. Caller does not know what they are wearing. 335 en route. Officer checked the area negative for any youth.

9:04pm - Phone - Snyder Road - caller would like to speak with an officer due to youth throwing snowballs at her home. She states her husband just yelled at youth. Officer 339 spoke with caller. Caller states that issues are happening between 7:30 and 8:30pm.

12:44am - 911 Disturbance - Summer St - caller reports loud music and yelling. Officer notified, 334 reports GOA.

12:42pm - 9111 Misdialed/Abandoned - E911 hangup, upon call back caller reports accidental while sledding, no issues.

1:09pm - 911 Vehicle Accident - South St / Elm St - multiple E911 callers report two car MVA, no personal injury. 332, 335 notified and responding. 335 requesting Assured Collision for two tows, Assured notified and responding. 332 reports Assured on scene.

1:46pm - Phone - Fire Call - South St / Elm St - 335 requesting Fire Department for car battery starting to smoke. A1 notified and responding.

3:19pm - Phone - Assist a Citizen - Main St - caller reports car slid off the road. Owner is trying to shovel it out. Assured Collision is on scene. Paper exchange.

9:22pm - 911 - Misdialed/Abandoned - Lawrence Court - E911 caller was showing her young children how to call. Confirmed misdialed.

8:17am - Phone - Misdialed/Abandoned 911 - Hawthorne Drive - Misdialed by child. Spoke with caller, she is no longer in Medfield. She was dropping her child off at daycare.
