Dear Parents,

"I've attached the Medfield Back to School Guide for Parents and Guardians. This document has all of the pertinent information you need as we head back to school in our hybrid model. Please pay close attention to the required "At -Home Screening" section of the guide. This screening, along with mask-wearing and good hygiene will be critical to keeping our students, teachers, and staff safe. I will update you immediately if there are any changes to the guide.
