Medfield Ranked In Top 25 Suburbs To Raise A Family In MA

MEDFIELD, MA — A website that regularly ranks the top suburbs to raise a family in the U.S. has named Medfield the No. 23 best community in the state in 2021.

Overall, Niche gave Medfield a grade of A+ based on factors like the school district, outdoor activities, jobs and other amenities. The town got lower marks for cost of living and diversity.

"Living in Medfield offers residents a sparse suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Medfield there are a lot of coffee shops and parks. Residents of Medfield tend to lean liberal. The public schools in Medfield are highly rated," the website said.

Niche also released rankings for the top suburbs to raise a family overall in the U.S. The Chesterbrook area near Philadelphia took the No. 1 spot overall, and Medfield was ranked No. 336 nationally.
