For health and safety reasons, the SWAP will not be operating for Spring/Summer (June, July and August) of 2021.
Medfield SWAP AREA News!
The SWAP SHOP Coordinators would like everyone to know that for health and safety reasons, the SWAP will not be operating for Spring/Summer (June, July and August) of 2021. However, they are continually discussing and evaluating the situation, and if things change, they MIGHT be able to open at some point in Fall (September) 2021.
They have been holding Monthly Collections in the SWAP Area for various charitable organizations since October 2020 and this will continue as best as possible.
Curb Alerts...
Do you have items to give away? Swap Shop Curb Alert is an easy way to do that, right from your own home. Swap Shop Curb Alerts began last July and ran through the month of December and now they have started up again in April 2021.

Shopping for Curb Alert items? Look at the SwapShop FB page...
So, if you wish to OBTAIN items that residents have left on their curb, follow the Swap Shop Facebook page and plan your Saturday “shopping” accordingly.
Decluttering? Here are some Swap Shop alternative suggestions ....
"CURB ALERTS" - Just place your items on your sidewalk/driveway on Saturday's from 9am -1pm for "shoppers" to pick up. Also, make sure to advertise your items on Facebook so shoppers will know what you have to offer!

Curb Alerts is one way to give away what you no longer need, but if you have other items to DONATE, please consider these great organizations!
- Click HERE - Vietnam Veterans of America or call 1-800-775-8387 to schedule a pickup on your sidewalk or driveway or porch. Pick ups in Medfield EVERY Wednesday. They are usually booked up a few weeks to a month in advance, so plan accordingly.
- Click HERE - Big Brothers / Big Sisters or call 508-879-7762. Pick-ups in Medfield on Thursdays.
- Click HERE - New Life Furniture Bank of MA to arrange pickup or you can donate directly to them at 102 Elm Street., Walpole.
