The Department of Public Health also released town-by-town coronavirus metrics, which showed slight improvements in the coronavirus metrics, although Medfield remained a moderate risk community.

The positive test rate remained steady at 1.43 percent, while the average daily incidence rate per 100,000 dropped from 14.6 to 12.7.

There were 20 confirmed cases in the past two weeks, bringing the total number of cases since the start of the pandemic to 499.

Note: The data omitted vaccinated residents age 0-19 because fewer than 30 in that bracket were vaccinated. The percentages are still relatively correct but are estimations given 0-29 vaccinations are missing from the data.
