Check out the construction photos from the Bay Colony Rail Trail, which gives residents a sneak peek at what is hopefully to come by summer.

The trail, which was pursued to convert the abandoned rail corridor between Needham and Medfield to a new multi-use greenway, will provide a safe and natural facility for outdoor activities. The path will extend for 7 miles through the towns of Needham, Dover and Medfield, according to the Bay Colony Rail Trail website.
