The Department of Public Health also released town-by-town coronavirus metrics, which showed slight upticks in the coronavirus metrics, although Medfield remained a moderate risk community.

The positive test rate rose from 1.14 percent to 1.48 percent, while the average daily incidence rate per 100,000 was 14.6.

There were 23 confirmed cases in the past two weeks, bringing the total number of cases since the start of the pandemic to 493.

Note: The data omitted vaccinated residents age 0-19 because fewer than 30 in that bracket were vaccinated. The percentages are still relatively correct but are estimations given 1-29 vaccinations are missing from the data.
