Tier 2 is the Current Water Restriction - it states:

- Odd numbered addresses will be allowed nonessential water use on odd numbered calendar days.
- Even numbered addresses will be allowed nonessential water use on even numbered calendar days.

- Irrigation of public parks and recreational fields by means of automatic sprinklers outside the hours of 9am to 5pm,
- Irrigation of lawns, gardens, flowers and ornamental plants by means of hand-held hose.
Water uses not subject to MANDATORY Restrictions are those required:

- By regulation,
- For the production of food and fiber,
- For the maintenance of livestock,
- To meet the core functions of a business (for example, irrigation by plant nurseries as necessary to maintain stock).
Residents are asked and encouraged to visit the town's website frequently for UPDATES regarding potential water conservation restrictions.
Lastly, in the Town's Water Management Act Permit, if the State's Drought Management Task Force declaration remains after May 1st, we are required to increase our restriction to One Day per week.
