MEDFORD, MA — Standup comic and host of "The Daily Show" Trevor Noah will stop by Medford for six shows this fall. Noah will perform at the Chevalier Theatre Nov. 15-17, with two shows scheduled for each evening.

The South African-born comic took over as host of "The Daily Show" in 2015, a year after joining its staff as a contributor. He has hosted numerous television shows, including South Africa's music, television and film awards, and two seasons of his own late-night talk show, "Tonight with Trevor Noah."

In November 2016, Noah released his first book, "Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood," which became a New York Times bestseller. He has hosted nine comedy specials, most recently "Afraid of the Dark" on Netflix in 2017.
