Finally, Substantial Snowfall Seems Reality in Medford
A dose of winter weather may finally be coming to the Medford area next week.

After a balmy Christmas, Medford residents will likely be forced to finally unpack their hats and gloves this week. Forecasters are suggesting that winter weather is likely heading towards the area.
Snow is in the forecast Monday night and Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. A mixture of winter weather is also a possibility. In addition, it seems that snow is becoming more likely with each passing day.

- Monday Night: A mix of snow and rain is likely before 7:00 p.m, then snow becomes likely. It will be mostly cloudy, with a low of around 27 degrees and a 70 percent chance of precipitation.
- Tuesday: Snow is likely before 11:00 a.m., then rain and snow are likely between 11:00 a.m. and noon. Rain will likely follow with a 90 percent chance of precipitation and a high of 38 degrees.
- Tuesday Night: There is a chance of rain before 2:00 a.m. It will be mostly cloudy with a low of approximately 31 degrees and a 40 percent chance of precipitation.
