Hair Cuttery Partners With Toys for Tots

Customers can drop off new unwrapped toys at the Medford Hair Cuttery starting Monday, Nov. 19.

Hair Cuttery, the largest family-owned and operated chain of hair salons in the country, will partner with Toys for Tots this holiday season to serve as a drop site for children’s toys.  From Nov. 19 through Dec. 18, customers can drop off new unwrapped toys kept in their original packaging to any local Hair Cuttery salon, including the salon in Medford.

“We are extremely proud to partner with Toys for Tots to provide gifts for children in need over the holiday season,” says Dennis Ratner, Founder and CEO of Hair Cuttery.  “This relationship gives our stylists and customers the opportunity to make a difference in their local communities during this time of year when everyone deserves something special.”

The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is a not-for-profit public charity whose mission is to unite communities and provide a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children.  With the support of local coordinators, members of the community are able to drop new unwrapped toys in collections boxes positioned in nearby businesses.  Coordinators pick up these toys and store them in a central warehouse where the toys are sorted by age and gender.  With help from other local community agencies, the toys are distributed at Christmas.
