Most companies don’t allow children between the ages of 5 and 12 to apply for prestigious internships, but that’s essentially what Legoland Boston’s doing with its quest to fill out its 2015-2016 Creative Crew.

A missive from the Assembly Row institution explains that Master Builder Ian Coffey needs 12 assistants to help build new models, attend special events, and test new Legoland attractions.

There’s also a social media aspect to the gig. Coffey’s cadets, the so-called “Creative Crew,” will post and tweet about Lego tips, Lego competition strategies, and little known Lego facts.

“Last year, the Creative Crew was known as the Junior Construction Panel, and we had kids from across New England help us open the attraction,” said Coffey in the press release. “This year, we’ve changed the name to highlight the creativity involved in what we do here at Legoland Discovery Center.”
